Check out the review of the BUGERA 212V-BK cabinet in the February 2012 issue of Vintage Guitar Magazine.
“After a bit of jamming, it became apparent the BUGERA could handle anything we threw at it. The tone was nice and full, without being tinny. The tube character of both heads shined, with the requisite sag and bloom from natural compression, but clear and punchy too.” — Vintage Guitar Magazine February 2012
Electric violinist Bridgid Bibbens had a busy 2011. Check out the video she made with us last summer!
Here’s what she had to say about the past year:
I’ve been serving as a teaching artist with the Electrify Your Strings music education program, touring schools from coast to coast and teaching kids in school orchestras how to plug into their instrument and find their own creative voice. Along with this role, I’ve served on the faculty of the Mark Wood Rock Orchestra Camp and presented clinics on electric violin and improvisation at the American String Teachers Conference. Additionally, I’ve done some performances with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and begun working with my own band, Jac&Jill. We’ve been in the studio with multiple Grammy-winning producer Bob Cutarella and we just wrapped up our Christmas extravaganza tour as support for Twisted Sister. — Bridgid Bibbens January 2012
“…it does deliver a raunchy crunch tone reminiscent of ZZ Top, as well as being a very nice blues amp with the warm and responsive sound that only valves seem to give.” Sound on Sound October 2011.
Bridgid Bibbens recently sat down with Guitar World online do discuss her career as a rock violinist. She had this to say about discovering BUGERA amps and becoming a proud BUGERA artist.
I got involved with BUGERA through Twitter! You know, as a violinist there is not really an established tone or sound, so everybody is trying to find their own way. I plugged into the BUGERAand I just fell in love with it. So I decided to take a photo with the amp and my violin. And someone commented on Facebook, asking if I was the new BUGERA girl. And of course, I said I’m not! But then a few days went by, and they emailed me and asked if I’d like an endorsement. And I was like, well shit yeah! I’m really kind of proud of it because they are taking the average Joe player into consideration. Like somebody who wants to sound really good but doesn’t have rock star money or rock star endorsement, because it is all totally affordable and it sounds badass. — Bridgid Bibbens Guitar World July 2011.
Check out Harry Jackson! At only eight years old Harry can jam with the best of them. Harry started playing the guitar when he was only three years old, by age six he was jamming on stage with a Led Zeppelin tribute band. He is mostly self taught, but he has been honing his skills at the Let’s Play Rock! school in Berkshire UK. Harry has no plans to stop playing and he loves his BUGERA amps!
Once again BUGERA is heading to the world-famous globally epic Musikmesse in Germany, with our best booth ever at the Prolight + Sound trade show!

BUGERA made a big splash at NAMM 2011. Two new amps – The MAGICIAN INFINIUM and TRIREC INFINIUM drew a lot of attention from everyone visiting the BUGERA soundroom!
BUGERA’s new MAGICIAN INFINIUM amp made Sonic State’s “NAMM11: The Amp’s That Rocked The Hardest” list! Sonic State was impressed with the entire line of new BUGERA products. Their nearly 15 minute video showcasing all the amps can be seen below. The MAGICIAN INFINIUM is a Boutique Style 85 Watt, 3-Channel Valve Combo Amp with Varipower and Infinium valve life multiplier.
“Essentially this amp is like having a range of different vintage amps, all built in to one combo. The Varipower system means that you can achieve those cranked soft-clip valve sounds at low volume levels.” – Sonic State, January 2011.
Premiere Guitar featured a video of the new TRIREC INFINIUM:
Guitar World also showcased the BUGERA Amps at NAMM 2011.

The BUGERA V22 was listed as the #2 cool gift idea in Time Out Chicago’s “10 Cool Gift Ideas for Cool Guys” blog post.
“The V22 looks like a more expensive boutique amp, with its arrow-shaped controls and creamy nameplate panel area. I’ve toyed with one for a bit and found that it has the British-type tone that lover’s of the ’60′s Who/Stones/Kinks will dig, lots of colorful high-end, but also a nice midrange body. It’s easy to dial in classic rock and blues sounds via a three-tube pre-amp stage and two tube power stages a mid boost and overdrive.” — Time Out Chicago, December 2010.
“The BUGERA V5 is a bold-sounding addition to the proud legacy of the vastly underrated small tube combo. For practice and studio applications, you’ll be hard pressed to find better band for your buck.” – Guitar World Magazine, December 2010.
